About Our Business

Dumfries Mortgage and Property Shop originally opened in Dumfries in June 1998 and as far as we are aware we were the first independent mortgage brokers to open in the town. Since then the business has grown and we believe we have established ourselves as the premier independent mortgage broker in the Dumfries area.

We are also independent financial advisers and have recently added a new trading name of DMPS Financial Services. We can provide independent advice on all aspects of financial planning including pensions, investments, savings and insurance.

Our aim is to provide both our existing clients and our prospective clients with a quality professional service as well as a welcoming, friendly and confidential atmosphere.
