credit check is carried out on all new tenants along with appropriate reference requests
- Property inspections carried out on a regular basis
- Rent collected for you and paid direct to your bank account on a monthly
basis
- We will arrange for any repairs to be carried
out as necessary at very competitive prices (i.e. plumbers, electricians, carpet fitters etc) - Subject to prior
agreement
- Energy Performance Certificates can be
arranged when necessary at excellent rates
- Landlord gas safety checks arranged
annually (where required) at excellent rates
- Proper
procedures in place to deal with rent arrears, damage etc in the unlikely event that this should occur
- We can arrange landlords insurance for you if required.
